What can I expect in a session?
This isn’t therapy. Let’s get that out of the way. It’s like talking to your older, experienced, slightly skeptical guru. You come to me with what you want to unpack, and I ask a lot of questions. Like, a lot. I’ll shift the puzzle pieces with you to create a new vantage point for you to view the things you’re tackling.
